    Pros

you can take naps for all day as most of the people there do this only...
Go only if you don't want to do any work. The crowd there is also not good.
Most of them are diploma holders.

    Cons

Its full of cons.No profile building. No scope to gain knowledge.Zero value additions.Even people in the engineering research department make wrong CAD drawings after given three views(which are very basic).Go only if you have no other option.

    Take some higher quality students.
Dont sleep too much at work.

Keep your ears open to constructive advice and criticism, organizations need to change for the good as else they become extinct in this competitive market environment.

I worked at Tata Motors full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I have spent almost an hour but its hard to recollect some positive things about this organization.

    Cons

Tata motors uses its contractual manpower just as an use and throw commodity.Only 3leaves per year.Maximum 1500 increment per month.Working of company is based as per relation and not as per system.Tata Motors is disturbing social and economical condition of masses and shame on it..I will not recommend this company to anyone.

    Advice to Management

Judge an employee on his skills and not on his relationship with manager.Grow up we are in 2016 and what techniques you are using are from early 19.Tata Motors will continue with its losses and loans if the management keeps on showing a resistance to change.WORST ORGANISATION...HAVING WORST CULTURE...
