I have been working at Tata Power DDL full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Excellent work-life balance. You can even take time out of job to do your own stuff.

    Cons

Work is absolutely boring. No challenges, no learning. Induction program is misleading and it's a masquerade for how bad the real situation is. If you aren't hard, upper management will eat you away.
    Salary is not on par.

    Advice to Management

Please care about the interests of the new trainees rather than your own personal goals.
