    Pros

The policies and process set in the system are excellent. A good work life balance with a good pay can be easily achieved. There is a lot of scope to learn and bring out many changes.

    Cons

The learning and work life will depend a lot on the immediate superior.
There is nil to very less autonomy given even at manager and senior manager level.
Highly beaurocratic structure and to a good extent perception based operating happens.

    Advice to Management

Stop supporting the mates of mates and your personal friends, judge people on their contribution and not from second hand info. Manage the talentless lazy people out of the business.
