    Pros

    I have worked for the company for nearly 15 years. They are the best recruitment business out there.
    Realistic targets, great career opps and a real family feel - love it and couldn't work for another agency

    Pros

    All of Tate really do care and live and breathe by their values. The company is very flexible and trust their staff with doing the best job they can.
    The senior team are very personable and have a honest and open culture.

    Cons

    I wouldn't say it was a con, but as with all companies, high workload can be stressful.

    Candidate care is at the forefront of what they do.
    Consultants aren’t forced to deliver unrealistic KPIs.
    Senior Management Team work together and are collaborative and approachable.
    Little Red Tape, has autonomy to be innovative and change.

    friendly team, nice office, good location

    Cons

    high staff turnover, very little training given to people joining the company as Trainees, who are then let go in 3-6 months as they are not meeting targets, several came and went during my employment

    if they have no interest in training and investing time into people they have hired, why hire the people in the first place?
