    Pros

    expected to take of my ability for food ingredients.

    Cons

    Poor ability workers are a lot of available. NOT value a right relationship with each other, like a romper room.

    Advice to Management

    Indicate what is worker's duty. I don't want to baby-sitting job, want to avoid behavior prekindergarten for them.
