I have been working at Tate & Lyle full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great learning environment with many tools and resources to draw from.

    Cons

Starting pay does not match up to other similar employers doing similar work.

    Advice to Management

Increase pay to Associate Scientist position to increase morale and chance to keep valuable scientists from leaving after gaining valuable work experience.

I worked at Tate & Lyle full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Beautiful facility. Lots of young people out of college

    Cons

No expertise left due to people leaving. We've had 3 General Managers (top dog) in last 2 years. Empty spots / desks everywhere. Quiet, sad environment. depressing. No chance of promotion.

    Advice to Management

Too many queens here. We need some worker bees.
