Pros
Strong leadership team who genuinely cares about their team. Good company that offers a chance to make a lot of money for the right kind of recruiter. Lots of work and very fast paced, but it pays off if you can keep up.
Cons
lots of KPIs and activity tracking (not a huge emphasis, but it does come up occasionally). The line between Tatum and Randstad's A&F staffing business (executive positions vs staff level roles) got very blurry before I left.
