    1. Very good work atmosphere
    2. Training is awesome and you can interact with some of the brilliant people in the company.. special mention - Nikhil Prasad
    3. Team spirit in teams is very good..at leastin my team it was great
    4. Lots of freedom
    5. Open to proactive ideas to improve the product
    6. Lots of fun

    Cons

    1. Business model was little bit wrong when I was working. But I think they've changed it.
    2. There was inevitable and unlucky situation where there was firing of employee due to ongoing losses at that time.(I've heard that it has recovered from it)
    But top management treated employee really well in that situation. They were allowed to serve full 3 months notice period and also allowed some of the freshers who were fired to stay at home and prepare for job interviews with full salary given to them.
    3. Sometimes work may get hectic and repetitive.
    4. Eon campus was better than the new campus😁
