    Pros

You place to work, challenging , get to get into all aspects of business technologies.

    Cons

Management knows everything. Most people don't know why they were hired because management digs into their departments and does the job for them. Don't let anyone hire people without intervention.

    Advice to Management

Let management deal with their departments and be held accountable.

I worked at Taxi Affiliation Services (Less than a year)

    Pros

While working there I learned all that I needed to as a dispatcher. They offer great benefits and there is always room for growth.

    Cons

At the time I was employed with Taxi Affiliations I felt they weren't flexible enough to work with me when my child needed to be cared for when ill.

I have been working at Taxi Affiliation Services full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

As an IT Director I am able to get my hands dirty as well as manage individuals with different ranges of attitudes and make them feel a part of the whole picture.

    Cons

Because of cutbacks projects have been limited lately but I still find work for my employees.

    Advice to Management

Company is a good company to work for and they treat you right as long your goals are to ensure they have everything working as planned.

I worked at Taxi Affiliation Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great hours.
Decent pay for someone with little to no experience.
    Nice co-workers.
    Fantastic Benefits

    Cons

There is no moving up in the company.
There are a lot of write ups for small errors.
Upper management has an unfriendly open door policy

    Advice to Management

Work with the employees more. If you write them up for messing up a call then coach them on what to do to make that call better for future calls.

    Pros

I enjoyed having a set schedule and having a high volume of incoming calls helped pass time.

The drivers we would have to communicate with were not professional at all.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

The people who work in non-management positions are very nice and friendly. They are great people to work with on a daily basis.

    Cons

Upper management can't keep to a plan other than to maintain or cut spending. Morale is low due to no incentive to do a good job other than "be glad you have a job". The only motivation technique used to inspire others is "get it done or you're fired."

    Advice to Management

Start cutting dead weight at the top. Communicate together before you make a decision and implement it. Either re-implement the Employee of the month/quarter program or take the pictures down. It's just a reminder that you don't seem to care about the employees.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Chicago, IL

    Pros

It's a small company and they are sensitive to work/life issues and are flexible.

    Cons

Hard work and management is tight about spending money on things it thinks aren't necessary for business. Keeps you creative though!

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. Get a long term plan and use it. Treat everyone with respect.
