    Pros

    Entrepreneurial environment
    Room for advancement
    Open to innovation
    Fast-Paced Environment
    Rapid Growth (at the time)
    Decent benefits
    Perks for workers at HQ

    Cons

    Chaotic Work Environment
    Responding to email is optional
Directors too overworked to provide staff guidance
Bogged down with IT infrastucture problems & customer complaints

    Advice to Management

    Advice to Management

Where do I begin? If you could have only run the company better we would still all have jobs and borrowers would not be in the position that you and senior management have put them in. Senior management and the company was able to file BK, but the rest of us are having to go on with our lives...
