I worked at Taylor Fresh Foods full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I can't think of any because it was so bad working there I don't recommend anyone to get a job there.

    Cons

The supervisors doesn't let you take an extra break besides lunch break unless you're a friend of theirs. They expect to work a full 11 or 12 hour shift without one. The supervisors are constantly in a bad mood and lacks a good attitude.

    Advice to Management

You need to get new supervisors who are willing to work with the employees

I worked at Taylor Fresh Foods full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

High salary for management positions, mostly because the environment is so toxic. Not much else.
You get to smell like onions if you're into that.

    Advice to Management
