- 4.0Jul 12, 2023Experiential Sales RepresentativeFormer Employee, more than 1 yearJupiter, FL
Pros
Amazing company and employees. Arguably the best brand in golf which makes products easier to sell.
Cons
Fair for what it is but capped bonuses and does not consider cost of living per contract. A bit out of touch financially.
- 4.0Feb 23, 2023Assistant Fitting TechnicianCurrent Employee
Pros
Nice change of scenery going to different clubs around the county. It is fun to see the benefits new equipment makes for golfers, and have to know the product through testing so its fun to try all the new gear each year.
Cons
This position does not make any sort of commission from club sales with a low hourly wage. Job is best suited for someone with an SUV, you have to haul tents, tables, multiple club cases and bags so cargo space is necessary. Includes a lot of driving to and from different courses as well as a storage unit before and after fitting days.
