    Pros

Food is fantastic and Owner is friendly.

    Advice to Management

To personally train their new employees the correct way and do not rely on other employees to train.

I worked at Taziki's (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great food. The quality is good. All healthy.

    Cons

Our store was located right in the center of a college campus, and students had meal plan, which lead to a horrible store environment. I have seen other stores with a much cleaner more relaxed environment. Store i worked at only hired students who could take the massive feeding sessions, or crackhead lunatics with a slew of mental disorders. My experience was bad, but I believe most people will have an average food service experience.

    Advice to Management

I think beyond like basic store management, corporate doesn't check in how stores are. They really could careless how their meat is being sold, as long as its being sold.
