    Pros

    Preparing children for the future. They also made your day better when everything else wasn’t in place.

    Cons

    Management belittled staff at all times and gossiped. Pay was unfair. Center manager was part of the problem.

    I worked at Teaching and Mentoring Communities full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    The co-workers, Parents, Children and the reason we were there to education children.

    Cons

    Physicality needs improvements, Board needs to reevaluate what their purpose is, due to miss management Office of Headstart shut all centers down.

    Advice to Management

    Need to have a better plan of action for all centers

    Great benefits, They actually care about the kids and the education that they receive.

    Cons

    Lots of drama and politics. If you dont have the stomach for it then you probably shouldnt work here.
