I have been working at Team Fishel full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This is a great company and I have become part of the Fisher Family. We are all part owners of the company due to the fact that we fund the cash profit sharing plan.

    Cons

Being able to take what you have learned and go elsewhere is a very hard task. I have learned a lot working with Team Fishel, my goal is to continue to work for this company but I don't think a transfer would be in my best interest.

    Advice to Management

More jobs need to be created as they have been in the past. This a growing company and will continue to grow. Take more advice from those teammates out in the field because they are the ones that are physically making the company profitable.

I have been working at Team Fishel full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fishel is a great company from a 20,000 ft view. They are very laid back and you come and go as you please. Just do your job and nobody even knows you’re there

    Cons

Field offices are managed poorly, so much Waste and nothing is efficient. They want candor but don’t listen to what you bring up. Pay is ok but going 2 years with no Eval or raise makes one feel worthless, especially when you work 60 hours a week for them

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your people who keep this machine running. Be Respectful and listen. Do Your Job.

    Pros

A very stable company to work for . Good benefits, good health insurance very good profit sharing pool .nice equipment plenty of overtime.

    Cons

Don't pay very well ! Expect everything Extremely lacking in good management very poor upper management it's to much of a buddy system and family if you're not related your not going to advance

    Advice to Management

My advice to the owners of the company wipe the slate clean and start fresh .
I worked there for a very long time. Never seen anyone advance unless they were family or some managers friend

I worked at Team Fishel full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great leader and great people. Like the job.

    Cons

2nd in charge rules with an iron fist and threats. Vacation is after one year and only week of vacation, no sick time, medical, dental, vision( after 60 days and the 1st of the month).

    Advice to Management

You will never be competitive without PTO. As long as you have someone acting like your 2nd in charge does, your time is limited before all of your good people leave and you won't have anyone left to to do the work well.

I have been working at Team Fishel full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

flex schedule, laid back, the individuals that work here are all very great to work with. Some sort of raise every year.

    Cons

No PTO or sick days, Health Insurance is just okay but has improved in my 2 years at the company. Gain little transferable knowledge due to the fact that it is so one project focused. A lot of leaders without understanding what their duties are. Little room for growth within the company.

    Advice to Management

Follow through and communicate with the employees. Think things through before setting things in place.
