    I have been working at TeamF1 full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Nothing.
    1. Only pro was they had flexibility on coming time, but they have removed that also.
    2. Most of the colleagues are good and will have good bonding.

    Cons

    Never join there(Life will become hell). Maximum Cons only.
    1. No respect for employees- They believe in master slave relationship.
    2. No value for employees. Employees are treated simply as slaves(nothing more than that). They don't even care whether employee learns anything, lives or dies - They just want their work to be done. Thats it.
    3. No professional work ethics. Management always plays cheap politics with the employees. Managers will treat you so bad that you will loose confidence.
    4. Long long working hours - As per them, u should not give time to anyone other than the company.(No life outside the company)
    5. Work is bad - Completely maintenance work is remaining.
    6. No salary hikes. If someone does his slavery well, he can get somewhat better hike but for others (almost no hikes).
    7. Zero benefits to employees, no perks - Each and every company policy is made for their benefit only. Not even single policy is useful for employee.
    8. They are so cheap that they will switch off AC to save power, while employees are working inside. Never seen such cheap company before.
    9. Company is shrinking day by day.(140 to around 60)

    Advice to Management

    Management should learn management first. You are earning because of employees hard work only. Employees are assets, not your slaves. If you can't respect your employees, then they will never stay.

    Pros

    I didn't see any pros except friendly coworkers and salary.

    Cons

    A lot to list, starting with poor management skills, bond, company timings and so on. Just avoid this company, don't join at any cost. No development work at all.

    Advice to Management

    Fire useless managers.

    No, Pros Management will play mind game with the employees, They will torture like anythin .

    Pros

    Will make us learn everything on our own

    Cons

    Treats employees as Slaves.
    Rely's heavily on QA and management doesn't care QA at all.
    Sacks & Screws employees if they hesitate to sign contract & during their notice period.

    I worked at TeamF1 full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    1)If you do what ever they ask and write bond then you might get good hikes.
    2)small code base so you can get grip on protocol easily.

    Cons

    1)You will be working under money minded,selfish,Cruel minded people.
    2)You work on old second hand systems.
    3)Your health will get worst because of overtime,stress,fear.Saturday is open holiday.they will call frequently because of immature managers.
    4)You won't work with debugging tools(like GDB). Your valuable time always get wasted.
    5)You will get hike only if you write bond.

    Advice to Management

    Don't try to spoil freshers future.For money you can do something else.

    I have been working at TeamF1 full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Small R&D team after becoming D-LINK, working on latest technologies like SDN, cloud and other wifi solutions.
    Work is great under a young and dynamic mentor with lot of fun.

    Cons

    Mentor too perfect at times and very very demanding.
    Long hours at times uncontrollable.
    Very little time to learn.

    Advice to Management

    Can improve employee recognition. employees should be recognised for creative solutions. Management can help improving labs and equipment.

    Pros

    U ll get your salary on time after working as a slave !!!

    Cons

    1) Management treats employees as slaves...

    2) Immediate Layoffs....Nothing will be considered ...if you have dependent family don't work here.

    3) Late office hours....Deadlines are impossible to complete.No Work-Life balance...

    4) Worst Appraisal policy...Only company which will ask for BONDS for Exp. Employees as well.. black mailing culture in work.

    Please do understand employees and give them some freedom.... EMPLOYEES ARE NOT SLAVES....They have Qualified to Work .....

    Pros

    Good company playing in some niche domains of networking
    Lots of learning opportunities in networking, systems and security
    Creates products for some well known organizations in consumer networking market
    Freshers are given many opportunities, so responsibility grows quickly

    Cons

    There are some unconventional workplace rules and they justify it being a small organization
    Mandatory service agreement for 2 or 3 years which creates a bitterness among most employees causing high attrition rate after the term
    There is a lack of attention to detail in many projects

    Pros

    Most of the peers are from not-so-great colleges and training centers. So, it is very easy to excel in team to get in to good position.

    Cons

    1. Company goals are aggressive to an extent that the pressure becomes intolerable to employees.
    2. No ethical values, No respect for the Law. I am saying this for following reasons:
        a. My certificates were taken from me and were kept with them through out my employment period.
        b. I was threatened to work for more than 14hrs a day.
        c. I was threatened to work for more than 6 hours straight with out break
        d. I was threatened that i would be fired if i don't obey.
    e. I was subjected to mental torture in conference room.

    Advice to Management

    Please stop exploiting freshers.
