    Approves of CEO

I have been working at TeamHealth part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The hiring process was smooth. They provide a great website to connect to the schedule, e mails, educational sources, etc. They provide a lot of ER courses that are good for review. They provide access to awesome ER knowlege references like Access Medicine and Up to Date.

    Cons

They did not share how and when I was going to get paid.

    Advice to Management

Just to include a written resource of how we get paid, and the name and numbers of the staff we can call for different questions or problems. Thank you!

I have been working at TeamHealth full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice people, good conditions, great team of coworkers, good pay, good benefit package, good training, CMEs, etc.

    Cons

Still tangling with Medicaid/Medicare regarding NPI, background check status, etc. and the person helping me seems as confused as I am.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work

I have been working at TeamHealth full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good benefits. Decent base compensation

    Cons

Micromanaging can become cumbersome. Need night shift differential (like all surround ED's provide their PA's)

    Advice to Management

Allow your hospitals to make decisions for themselves and depend less on your approval for needed changes
