    Pros

Company has been around for 40+ years, they continue to grow and evolve as the field of medicine changes.
Leadership development for physicians is fantastic and continues to evolve.
They understand that physicians need support in various areas in order to be able to enjoy practicing.

    Cons

More women need to be in leadership positions, but they are aware of this and actively working on it.

    Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great people

    Cons

Management and HR are oblivious to what goes on

    Advice to Management

Some of the executives have no idea what really happens in the day to day operations. There is a great deal of verbal mistreatment in other buildings. Make an effort to protect employees not just your execs.

    Pros

Literally are no pros to working for this company. Not even benefits.Do not take a job with this company, if you do you will regret it. If you just Check out Facebook reviews about this company alone from its customers you will see that it is dreadful.

    Cons

Modern Day slavery practices are implemented in corporate structure causing bad mental & physical health issues toward employees. Healthcare company in which most employees incur massive health issues while on the job, caused by the stress of these practices. The customers mostly are its own employees. The ambulance is called to work location on a daily basis.

    Advice to Management

    I worked at TeamHealth part-time

    Pros

I got my paycheck on time.

    Cons

Recruiters are impossible to get in touch with, and instead of 1 go to person, you have 5-6 people to go in between. Not one can give you a straight answer either. Time from job acceptance to start date is well over 6+ months, and that’s if your calling, emailing everyday for updates. The company does not pay for any of your basic orientation hours. They will only pay for 16hrs of on the job (which is extremely poorly organized) orientation. Since you have no contact person, your left to your own devices.

    Advice to Management

Look at how other top tier Locum Tenum companies treat their providers.
