Very nice clean working environment. Friendly co-workers.
Very bad at employee reviews. Merit increases and reviews are for all purposes non-existent. Training programs for mid-level managers is non-existent. It is a sink or swim atmosphere. No concrete goals or objectives are addressed.
Advice to Management
Stop with the lip service and really care about your employees. Don't just say your are going to do a review actually do it. More training programs coordinated by HR. Actually practice your core values of honesty and integrity.
