    I worked at Teavana part-time

    Pros

    Friendly Work Environment
    Product Discounts
    Flexible Hours

    Cons

    High sales pressure from management
    Unorganized hierarchy
    Lack of training

    Advice to Management

Make sure store managers don't threaten you if you aren't exceeding the target. Personal goals are understandable, but picking up others slack is not.
