I have been working at Tech Mahindra full-time

    Pros

Started my career here and was very good initially. Learnt a lot and grew professionally. Few projects are very laid back more govt like and few are fully messed up and stressful...depends on your luck where you get allotted.

    Cons

Over the last 10 years working here, things have changed. New management more focused on share holder interests than employees. No respect for existing employees or to retain them. Poor hikes for existing employees. Where all money goes no idea. Poor appraisal processes and depends on whims on management. No connect with senior management.

    Advice to Management

Too many layers of management who have no power or clue of new policy decided at top.

-Good exposure to people, process and technology

    Cons

Try to retain young talent instead of splurging money on experienced folks. Also retention policies and appraisal police's need to be revamped completely.

I worked at Tech Mahindra full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The only positive side is it's a Mahindra Group Company. Recently moved in to a new building so infrastructure has improved.

    Cons

Management is visibly fractured and discontent is apparent in low and middle level employees. In spite of being a part of such a huge conglomerate, the atmosphere does not second the name.

    Advice to Management

Concerns lie at the grassroots level.
