    A lot of growth and potential
    Delivery is very solid, all clients I met are happy
    Very smart people, especially at the top
    Major investments in senior people lately
    Remote work unless you live in the bay area or Michigan in the US

    Cons

    If you can't do 30-50% travel then this company is not for you

    I have been working at TechAspect full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    pay on bench (only for 2 months)
    bi-weekly pay (not like other consulting who pay monthly)

    Cons

    no client other than 1 or 2 from what i've experienced
    management sucks
    no communication between employer and employee
    they fire you anytime after making money on you
    employer is not fair to their employees

    management needs improvement and employees needs transparency

    No Pros In Joining US Team

    Cons

    Lack Of Coordination between the team members. Lot and lots of politics within the management team to shed their bad image. The Management takes the hasty decision and that affect the employees of the company very badly

    Please go together as a team and not as an individual

    Holidays taken away during bench period so there is no concept of fulltime.

    Flexible timings and scope to improve technical skills

    1. Priority is given to employee based on billing, not based on technical capabilities.
    2. Very less benefits to employees
    3. There is no system for employees to provide feedback on their managers.
    4. Less WFHs

    Advice to Management

    Please open more office locations and provide remote working options if employee is willing to work from home.
