    1) Work life balance 2) Free evening snacks 3) Time flexibility 4) easy access to top management
    5) Good people around

    Cons

    1) your career will not move from where you have left as there are no growth opportunities
    2) No new clients
    3) Career path can be changed as you might be assigned some tasks which do not fall under your profile

    Advice to Management

    1) Need dynamic sales people who can actually get good clients
    2) Utilise talent of employee by assigning him work what he is brought for rather just to fill resource gap
    3) Onsite opportunities should be given so that employees get client exposure and can grow in life

    Lacks employee unifying force, goes by demand favoring the supplier and ignoring good talent, lacks long term vision, resource sourcing is highly critical area

    Improve resource capacity planning and work load balance to save customers and programs

    you might learn new things with no standards but may get chance to work with Good clients . . It's good for Freshers ,

    Cons

    they got good clients , but handling then and project mgnt is very poor ...and not even professional .people end up working for long hours but some managers are too greedy to consider efforts
