      Pros

      The comp plan is fair, Will provide salary and commissions are higher then average.

      Cons

      Micro-management, no team building, poor management, unrealistic expectations, poor quality of job development (often with no contract signed and unqualified), poor feedback, high turn over and no respect for employees. The average recruiter stays 2-3 months.

      Pros

      Free coffee, I received a paycheck.

      Cons

      Owner was technically intelligent, but low EQ. I had to fight to place candidates, and when they were hired and the owner made money instead of saying sorry and realizing his mistake, he called me a distraction and made me split commissions with someone who was not performing and did nothing to facilitate the company's success, and also told me I was happy I receive a salary. True Story.

      Pros

      Great relationships with many of San Diego's best companies. The opportunities we call candidates about are some of the best employment opportunities in the area. The work environment is relaxed and based on mutual respect. It's a small team who works together to get things done, no micromanagement.

      Cons

      Must be comfortable working independently at times.
