      Pros

      Small companies where everyone knows each other. Friendly environment. Flexible schedule. New ideas are always welcome.

      Cons

      As this company is a small, the salary also very small. The mechanism of task assignments is not quite structured.

      Because this is a small company, you have many opportunities to get to know the employees. The boss is friendly and willing to help you learn and grow. He is also flexible with work times and when you come into the office.

      Cons

      Again since they are a small company, the salary or wages may not be a the level that you want. Also much work must be put in for the completion of jobs.
