I have been working at Techedge full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The people are excellent, high quality professionals, who are driven and collaborative. It's motivating to be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do and who believe in the company. This environment facilitates healthy interpersonal relationships and colleagues often consider themselves friends, much more than as competition or just work mates. Benefits are great and come at zero cost to employees, we also have 401k plans with matching. You have the chance to build a career here and to shape it the way that fits your skills and passions, management doesn't look for people that are plug and play into specific roles but instead people who have high potential who can contribute to the growth of the organization as a whole.

    Cons

With fast paced growth comes some growing pains, internal communication has improved tremendously over the last few years but there are still minor things related to procedures and organization that can be improved upon, and which are being actively pursued by management. Employees have to be flexible in managing communications with people from other cultures because you will certainly work with people from all over the world. It's not a con for me, but it is important to understand that you will have to face culture differences or language barriers and be adaptive to that.

    Advice to Management

Keep going in the direction we're heading!

The company grew a lot and changed in the last years, it's an exciting journey with a lot of possibilities to travel and know new things.

    Cons

Sometimes not enough structured in the way it is organized internally, but this is one way to get flexibility and dynamism.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Techedge full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are fairly good, but what makes it better is that they pay 100% of the cost of the benefits. I then cover deductibles, co-pays, etc. Good company with more of an entrepreneurial feel to it.

    Cons

Communication when you are out in the field is terrible. Decisions are made and policies get changed without notification to the employee. Field employees feel more like sub-contractors rather than employees.

    Advice to Management

Do a better job of communicating with your employees, especially those out in the trenches, because they are the ones making the money for you!

I have been working at Techedge full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Management is good at motivating employees and making them feel comfortable. The average age at this company is young, so college graduates will feel at home. Benefits are very good.

    Cons

Compensation (salary) is below market value and some of the management can be patronizing. Some good employees have left the firm.

    Advice to Management

    Increase meritocracy and decrease nepotism.
