    I worked at Techligent full-time

    Pros

It is a very stable company. Nice people to work. As it is a growing company it is well aware of the needs of it's consultant and address there issues per the need. HR person and finance is very nice and approachable and responds to your questions ASAP.

    Cons

Training sessions were only at the start. Pay increase depends on which client you are representing. Do not have direct relations with Fortune 500 companies.

    Advice to Management

To have direct contracts with the clients

I have been working at Techligent (Less than a year)

    Pros

Training: Wonderful training, with teachers going above and beyond to help out their students. I.e. putting in additional hours and giving one and one attention, when needed. However, there were caveats, as outlined in the Cons section.

Living Arrangements: Boarding is provided to consultants.

    Cons

Pay: The pay-rate is not exactly competitive with what other similar companies are willing to pay.

Culture: The culture of the place is very clique-ish. Favoritism occurs on a consistent basis with the BA teacher and marketers giving extra attention to his friends or marketers, favoring people who they happen to know personally.

Unprofessionalism: The last BA teacher was downright foul and arrogant. He was emotionally immature but he is no longer working there and I hope the new BA teacher is more decent than the last one.

Chaos: The training can be chaotic and the dates are set and changed arbitrarily. That being said, the BA teacher did put in a considerable amount of effort in order to bring everyone up to speed.

    Advice to Management

The teachers hired must act professionally.

    I worked at Techligent full-time

    Pros

Working at Techligent Systems Inc. was a very good experience. I worked there for 5 years when I was starting my career. Started as an Business Analyst and worked my way up to a Project Manager. With competitive salary and incentive structure. Company culture is hands down the best I've experienced. A truly collaborative organization filled with smart people who genuinely care about the professional growth of their peers and want to help each other. It almost sounds too good to be true - but in actuality, this firm is peaking.

    Cons

They don't run training programs, which can be helpful.

    Advice to Management

Have more regular evaluations to see if a candidates career path is aligned with their projects and a face lift of the office.

    Pros

Good work environment. These people are really good to work with, lots of activity taking place all the time and the people are very helpful and involved. Always go out of their way to provide advice and guidance. Enjoying every bit of being part of the Company.

    Cons

Some initial disappointments on joining up but those were mostly because of some misconceptions about the job.

    Advice to Management

They need to do something about their location which is just not suitable for a corporate environment.
