    Many corporate employees get to work remotely

    Cons

    Be ready for many hours of uncompensated work. To quote the CEO "being salaried is like being a parent, you are always on". There is lip service to caring for employees but in reality, the only thing that matters is the bottom line and $ in the owners' pockets.

    Horrible management, they expect you to do everyone else’s job with getting the pay

    I have been working at Technica (South Carolina) for less than a year

    Pros

    The high pay and accommodations but that all falls mute when they mess up the taxes on purpose.

    Cons

    Pay problems, Corporate does not care for employees, serious lack of organization and logistics, uninterested team leaders, lack of resources like tools or parts, no days off , uninterested Project manager.
