    Pros

    not micromanaged, freedom to perform your job as you see fit, opportunity to put your own stamp on your work

    Cons

    pay was not the greatest, raises were very few and far between, and when they were given the percentage increase was extremely low, no matter what your appraisal score was.

    Advice to Management

    revisit pay grades, provide more opportunity for advancement or movement within the company between manufacturing locations. More open communication between the facilities

    I worked at Technicolor full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    In the position that I was in, I was lucky to be working for very smart and very nice people.

    Cons

    I was a contract worker and it was during a down cycle in business. Hiring freezes made it impossible to get permanent status, so no benefits. However, great people to work with and the salary was very good.

    Advice to Management

    Hire me back. Lol

    Pros

    Smart people, interesting projects, dynamic environment and many chances for collaboration within the company.

    Cons

    Future of the company is uncertain, which can be troubling. The company is also not as well known, so that can be a downer.
