I worked at Technicolor for more than a year

    Pros

Pay is good, great team and great people to work with.

    Cons

Not a lot of direction in a industry that struggles to retain relevancy. Too many people in higher management. Constant cutbacks making your role more difficult every couple of months. Being a contractor, PTO was at the discretion of management (read, there wasn't any).

I worked at Technicolor full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great people to work with, many of which I've stayed in touch with for professional and personal purposes.

    Cons

Management wasn't professional, I believe in upward mobility and promotion from within, but in some cases individuals were promoted just b/c they "did time" at the company - those individuals lacked creativity and ideas due to their experience being one dimensional.

    Pros

Great people to work with. Great environment.

Technology management and Thomson are both confused. They have hemorrhaged money for years. They have taken the fun out of being proud of a company to being ashamed
