    Good hours, flexable schedule, great bosses.

    Pay is low to other companies and bene not the best.

    Work on getting better raises for employees that have been there for a few years.

    pay, benefits, room for advancement

    lack of communication, no a lot of direct contact with employees

    I would be nice for the company to communicate directly with the employees on a more frequent basis.

    Pros

    Paid weekly. Nice coworkers. Company sponsored holiday parties and picnics.

    Cons

    Expensive health benefits. No options offered once assignment had ended abruptly.

    Advice to Management

    Provide performance-based incentives and better training. Value contractors just has much as permanent employees.
