Pros
Incredible company with amazing products and solutions. Technogym makes the best fitness equipment in the world. Work with industry professionals and world class sales managers. Great learning experiences to be had. Free healthcare.
Cons
No room for growth. Salary is not up to par with area pay. Italy controls everything, think "big brother" Reminder that Technogym North America is a subsidiary that merely carries out the business objectives of the management group in Italy.

Technogym is a large global company... I worked for them for about 5 years...and promoted twice...
Cons
Technogym USA is poorly managed and is suffering. The management has the "here today gone tomorrow" attitude. Speaking to HR is useless. The managers are unpredictable and often very inconsistent with whatever message they are trying to express. There are no clear policies in place and no way to gauge an employee's work load.. the office is full of scandal, speculation and uncertainty. Empty promises made and no follow thru what's so ever....GREAT COMPANY horrible leaders in Place... and this doesn't seem to be changing.

Pros
The company allows usage of a selected few models of exercise equipment. You will learn to multitask more than two projects and also learn to be flexible to their ever changing needs. If you are looking for stability in procedures or a well established place to work this may not be the perfect fit but if you are looking for a company that runs like a start up company you will enjoy your experience here.
Cons
The company is run by their European headquarters which in many instances causes a split on how to run Technogym USA within two such different markets and cultures. All is controlled by the parent company. The company lacks transparency despite their clear glass walls in their offices and open structured work spaces. Financial restructuring through out the company but employees are told otherwise and is the predominant reason for mass firing and rehiring. The company did not provide their staff with coffee or tea as a perk but did provide it only for their European upper management only and European employee visitors. (the small details speak loudly)

Use of wellness center (it's a gym). Good level of internal canteen
Cons
One person is CEO, Head of R&D, Head of Sales,.. it's a one man show. Under him, there's the chaos: every manager wants to be right. It doesn't matter if you have some evidences (people don't know what is a work procedure or a correct flow, customers are angry because of internal mistakes), technogym is every time right.

Pros
Opportunity to manage projects that impact people in the world and see the challenge faced by your team coming directly to the market after testing it with colleagues. Play with the best global players (Google, AWS, Apple, etc ...) anticipating technological challenges in the fitness world. Competitive but highly competent environment, access to the best global conferences.
Cons
The Technogym Village is a close campus, for the safety of the environments and to maintain high standards of research protection, there is minimal work flexibility.
