I worked at Technology Associates full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Not micromanaged, great co-workers, took long lunch breaks but still got my work done. The people were nice and it was good to get to know them, easy-going coworkers that take work seriously but are still very approachable.

    Cons

Sometimes must hunt for assignments or things to do.

    Advice to Management

Get analyst level employees involved in major or even mid-level projects. Also, introduce them to higher level people to be able to support them.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Technology Associates part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people I worked with were pleasant, although to my knowledge, none of them still work there.

    Cons

The CEO is seriously a whack job. He has no respect for employees and has a terrible management style. No joke, he screams and curses in company meetings and throws a tantrum like a 2 year old.

    Advice to Management

Show some respect for your employees. There's a reason you have such a high turn over rate. Treat your employees better and pay people what they're worth.

    Pros

Good benefits, 3 weeks vacation from the start, supportive management, training available, and technology oriented without being bleeding edge. Great company to work for remotely. Responsive IT support.

    Cons

Enjoyed working with the TAIC staff.

    Advice to Management

Great job providing support for remote workers.

    Pros

paid internship, nice people, community fridge, free coffee!

    Cons

it was a bit disorganized, my main job was supposed to be at the World Bank HQ but summer was ending and I was only in the area temporarily. i worked on random stuff in the meantime

    Advice to Management

they're nice, but i wish they contacted more and gave me more positive feedback. they were super laidback and didn't even give me a deadline for one of the projects
