      Hardworking staff and good people working here, they deserve more

      Cons

      A highly toxic and limiting workplace where employees, their personal lives, and their aspirations are ignored and dismissed. Tasks are assigned with no real clarity, direction, or support. Basic decency and respect toward employees are consistently lacking. Instructions for completing work are frequently incomplete or contradictory, and essential information is rarely provided in a timely or meaningful way. You’re not equipped with the tools or opportunities needed to succeed—yet the blame still falls on you. There’s no room for growth and I would NEVER recommend someone to apply here. Stay clear

      The room for growth at Tecore is incredible, both personally and professionally. It’s an extremely dynamic industry with new things coming out all the time, and within the company people who work hard can get ahead.
