      The work is challenging and interesting, there are some very smart people working there, and the company culture is great.

      Cons

      Many people stay at the company for a long time, so it can be difficult to advance. In particular, there is no fast track.

      Pros

      The people are passionate about what they do andmake a cool product. Management cares about the employees and what they think. Fun events, free lunch on Friday. Casual work environment and flexible schedules. Company cares about balance between work and home, everyone is encouraged to have a life outside of work.

      Cons

      Smaller company not as much room for advancement as a large company.
