Great employees that want to learn.
Cons
Low Pay and Upper Management not so great company was very unsafe when I started and they do not uphold the agreements they make to employees. If you speak up about a concern you could get fired over it.

Pros
Office employees are dedicated to their jobs and try to do everything they can for you. They work well with each other.
Cons
There's no cross training. People can't take time off without working around things that need to be done. New employees really get no training. Upper management always gone. No raises. Office moral is really low.
