I have been working at Teenage Cancer Trust part-time (Less than a year)
Can specify what day and time is best for you to go fundraising. Only a couple of hours so can be done even if you've got something else on that day.
Better if more frequent than every few months or so
A great culture- everyone is friendly and welcoming
There is a strong focus on work/life balance- with guidance that everyone should try and not email outside of 7pm and 8am
Flexible work location is normal at the charity, with many people working from home at least a day or two a week, if needed
It is a really exciting time at the charity due to a focus on the new strategy to 2020
No cons yet as I've been in post for only a short time
Teenage Cancer Trust is a warm and friendly place to work. Everyone is driven, seeking to achieve the mission of the charity to reach all young people affected by cancer. There is a good team ethos.
If you want to work for a charity I cannot see any downsides to working at Teenage Cancer Trust.

Really driven, friendly, warm staff. Good working conditions- very good work/life balance respectful environment. Good benefits. Nice office environment. Good management.
Only con is that in many departments there isn't much career progression
