Friendly, professional business-oriented environment. Interview to job offer was about a 2 week process, and the training was great. This is a small company that takes time to give you the right tools to be successful. They are knowledgeable in the telecom field, and they value ethics as well as work/life balance.

I've been here almost a year now and just transitioned from the recruiting side to the sales side. This team truly is incredible! Sales and recruiting both take the time to understand client and candidate needs, and I'm very impressed by the way our recruiting team prioritizes the candidate experience. The company has let me be creative in my marketing, social media and brand management responsibilities. It's been such a fun job, I feel heard, I feel appreciated and the various personalities our team has has been a joy to work with. My dog really loves me working from home too.

RESPECT! They treat you like a person, not an employee. New ideas and better ways of doing things are welcomed and implemented. A collaborative environment between sales and recruiting is the norm (we've all been in those finger-pointing companies and things just don't work out well).

Pros
TekCom has great leadership and a working environment! It's also a place that cares about it employees, candidates and clients. While we have people working remote or in an office across the country there is a collabortive team approach. We have daily conference calls, recruiter calls and training that has led to the great success that the employees and the company has had. I would highly recommend TekCom Resources to anyone looking for a new job opportunity or a staffing firm to work with!
