    Tel aviv university is a great place to work and study in. it has interesting enviorment, good benefits and nice people

    Cons

    As in most research and development possitions the hours are very long but are worth it. It was the best place i worked so far.

    Pros

    Working with young people, fellow students, working for other students. Shared values. All departments touch on important issues.

    Cons

    Can be inefficient at times... At peak periods with many events happening, could be challenging. Minimum pay but comfortable hours.

    Low level organization of the courses
    Paying job 5 months a year without maintaining social right year to year

    Great people, academic sense. Young environment. A lot of networking.

    Cons

    Lower salaries. Hard to get in. Heirarchy.

    Great students, nice salary. You should be a TA

    Cons

    Hurts your research. Focus on Research. You will get the money from industry.

    Advice to Management

    Supervisors, pay more to students so they will not have to TA and focus on research

    Flexible hours, great for working parents, University is closed over the holidays, forced vacation for a week in August

    Cons

    Huge bureaucracy, not much room for advacement
