    Pros

    Some good people to work with, pay was ok, room for advancement.

    Cons

    A few of the supervisors were poor- luckily most were quite good though.

    Pros

    good location and salary is not bad. nice manager and cacual policy.

    Cons

    open till midnight. shift would be problem for newer..

    I have been working at TeleTech full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    -Casual environment and friendly co-workers
    -Flexible time off
    -Easy to get hired
    -Raises can be quick and multiple times a year

    Cons

    -Pay is capped at a lower rate than comparable call centers
    -Removal of bonuses
    -Little chance for advancement
    -Multiple lay-offs

    Advice to Management

    Teletech has an issue with finding quality, long term contracts which often disappear when the term is up for renewal, even if the center is a high performer.
