    Pros

    Good pay for entry level job, provided health insurance, flexible scheduling.

    Cons

    Few breaks, inbound customer service, customer is always right attitude but then penalized after call.

    Pay is good for our area.

    Cons

    Earn bonuses but dont receive them without a fight. We hear you doesn't work HR is not on site. Everyone passes the buck.

    After you move onto the production floor you are able to change your schedule to something you want.

    Cons

    Training needs improvement and more one on one with other agents.

    Pros

    Lots of over time opportunities

    Cons

    Customers are angry idiots and also they switch around what team you're on every couple months you have to relocate your seating and have new TL which will either be helpful or useless

    Advice to Management

    My friend was just fired there after being there almost 2 years he was always professional compared to a lot of other working there especially management. He was let go for "too many escalations" when he had no prior warnings for that. Teletext has a 3 strike policy and allow you to track your performance to avoid this sort of thing. This is totally unfair! This job (unless you move up) is just talking to idiots who can't manage their bank account and get posed when you canthink give their fees back. Fees are 90% of the calls and yes they are upset and will ask for a manager most of the time! How can you get rid of someone for this. Tally unacceptable. Aside from this when I worked there I had to have an ADA form to allow me to go to the restroom any time I needed without it affecting my stats. They made me jump through hoops. It wasn't enough to get a signed document from my doctor but I had to upland it to a website and wait for 2 months before it was finally approved and my TL gave me false information about how it worked. I was told whatever time I took for ADA would come out of my break time. I had to go to a higher up and speak with him about it. Very annoying job and very stressful to deal with customers let alone your superiors.

    We got treats for being "good employees"

    Cons

    They nit pick EVERYTHING they never tested us w respect and when you're one that does show up every day does her job I still didn't do enough for them even tho there are MANY that just sit in aux and never do their jobs

    Advice to Management

    Take more phone calls get the cuss outs we always got get the rude customers we got quit taking whatever brakes when ever you want do your JOBS

    Fellow employees were great, including upper management, lots of opportunities for overtime constantly, clean facility, easy to train and learn how everything worked

    Overworked for way too little of pay

    Pros

    Decent benefits and pay is on time. As long as you show up to work, you'll do well in this company.

    Cons

    It's a call center, and if you aren't comfortable with that type of environment, you won't last long. Change is regular, and it takes a versatile person to keep up

    Pros

    The only pro were some of the co-workers

    Cons

    The managers are terrible. The turnover rate is ridiculous at the location in Morgantown. It really bothers me that even if you were doing well and in the top of your tier they would find a way to try and fire you. That really never made sense when they needed people. I remember when I told them I was leaving, the next day they left a voicemail asking if I wanted to come back. I do not see myself ever working there again even if am in serious need.

    Advice to Management

    Get new management and find individuals who are appropriate for the job.
