    Great work atmosphere with solid benefits (Pay/Bonus/Health Vacation) bit not for the overly ambitious

    Cons

    No career path in the USA. HQ has loads of folks that receive pensions and have job security. Does not engender teamwork.

    Pros

    It is a very good company in Italy, but now there are no more possibilities to grow. It is completely "static".

    Cons

    A good thing is employer's care. there are a lot of services for employer's family. Health care, children's schools, children summer camps, etc.

    huge company, you have to opportunity to have a 360 view inside TLC business

    Cons

    It s hard to feel you personally contribute to the business, very hierarchical

    Advice to Management

    Invest on young people and hire outsiders, tlc business has changed a lot in the last years, so you need to keep up with that

    Very big, it is possible to see everything in your field, grow your competencies and skills.
    It is possible to plan your life, have a regular life plan
