    i'm lucky due to the fact that i'm working in a multinational firm in which i can learn a lot of stuff

    i don't know, probably not all the employees work hard as they have to do

    Pros

    I really enjoyed worked in Telecom Italia. Great culture and life time balance. Great opportunities to learn on challenging projects and work with brilliant people. High level managers and mentors.

    Cons

    Low chance to have career, low meritocracy. Environment not multinational. Sometimes the management lack speed and decision making and it can be sometimes frustrating.
