    Pros

    IF you don't want to work at all,then surely its your dream organisation.
    If you aspire to go abroad organisation will provide you opportunity for that, but it's most projects are in KSA,Kuwait and Oman.
    Conditions Not good.

    Cons

    Less Salary,
    very less perks and allowances as compared to other PSUs,
    Zero growth in your skills at any level.
    Politics for Posting.
    Nothing to learn.
    HR policies are neither company friendly nor employee friendly.
    Less emphasis on Training.

    Advice to Management

    Please take feedback from employees. Please do consider the employee's willingness for foreign posting.

    I worked at Telecommunications Consultants India as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good experience of working at TCIL. This gives exposure to handling technical resources, and managing ICT infrastructure for prestigous Pan african project.

    Cons

    Contract employment the benefits and perks are lesser . And social security is also paves hurdle to prosperity of the employee.

    Advice to Management

    Interaction should be healthy with the employees to take their grievance seriously and work to resolve them.

    2) Other employees are friendly and ready to help you out.
    3) A top govt. company to work for.

    Not a great challenging environment as an intern or fresher.
    Feels like a Laid Back Attitude and work culture
    Typical 9-5 job
    Routine Work, tends to become a little boring.

    Advice to Management

    Management should somewhat try to make some changes in the work culture and make it a little exciting and also try to motivate other employees to work hard.
