I worked at Telecommunications Management Group (Less than a year)
Clients are very interesting governments, companies, telecommunications operators, etc, and a lot of the work they do is very interesting from reports, consultations, legal advice, etc. Their larger projects with the World Bank, etc that require bidding are really interesting and working on those proposals is great work. Many of the staff are really friendly.
The office is small and there isn't a lot of face-to-face contact with everyone using e-mail and phones and tucked away in their offices. The work can become a little mundane once you get the hang of it and you no longer find it interesting to learn more about spectrum, etc.
Advice to Management
I think that there should be more fun, office bonding activities which would boost morale. I also think that giving the interns more work, or asking them what they find interesting would be beneficial in them enjoying their work more.
