    Large Top 500 company and 6th largest Telco in the world. You will work on very high profile clients and projects.

    Cons

    Being so a large company, it tends to move too slow

    Advice to Management

    Let local people manage key positions, rather than importing personnel from Spain that does not know the market

    Pros

    The company is growing in the US, and it is backed by a huge multinational group. It is quite safe in the sense that once you are hired you become part of the team and they will not fire you

    Cons

    the group in the US focused in multinational customers is poorly managed and it is a very difficult market, which puts too much stress on people

    Advice to Management

    Restructure in order to keep talent

    Pros

    Very good for international opportunities, very big and solid company. Good benefits and market salaries, strong presence in Latam.

    Cons

    Lack of focus, not too much innovation, difficult to growth in USA, very poor brand recognition in US market as well.

    Pros

    Great place for freelance design work. Great team to work with very helpful in getting a grasp on things.

    Cons

    Not much growth. I hoped more for this company but it is slow in research and what's trending in market.

    Pros

    Good Salary and benefits, they could do better but.......

    Poor Training and management
    TWS very poor service and competitive offering to clients
    Most of the products are wholesale and resale from other carriers and providers.
    Poor visibility of the company and the brand in US. well know in LAT and EUR, No strategy for the US market.

    Pros

    Opportunity to work in a Global Company, with offices and business units all over the world.
    Not only a learning experience from the Telecommunication perspective, but also from marketing and products.

    Cons

    It will always privilege Spanish people for major and higher positions and roles before giving them than local people, even though the position may not be in Spain (company headquarters). So, not necessarily competences and results are taken into consideration when promoting or recognizing someone.
    Be prepared to be very political if you want to achieve professional growth within the group. If you don't have a great relationship with influential people, you will most likely never grow.
    Due to its size and age, there are plenty of protocols, systems, bureaucracies to follow before having anything done. You have to be very patient and anticipate plenty exchange of emails, meetings and phone call before getting anything done.

    Advice to Management

    Recognize people for their achievements locally and promote the team in each country, rather than bringing more and more people from Headquarters, who, not necessarily, are experts in the north american market. Things here are absolutely different than anywhere else in the group and this should be taken into consideration.

    Pros

    Good pay and conditions, flexible expense policies, progressive for a telco

    Cons

    Still a telco. Large, cumbersome, slow. Run by financiers that know little about digital businesses

    Get rid of the old guard and inject new blood into your business
