    Pros

    Bezahlter Handy– und DSL–Vertrag.
    Betriebsrat vorhanden.
    Altersvorsorgemöglichkeiten.

    Cons

    Keine kompetenten Führungskräfte, keine Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten, mittlerweile schlechtes Gehalt und keine unbefristeten Arbeitsverhältnisse

    Advice to Management

    Telefonica o2 Prozesse beibehalten.
    E–Plus Manager feuern und durch o2 Leute ersetzen.
    o2 Mitarbeiter halten, um Qualität zu erhalten und nicht den weiteren Verfall des Unternehmens zu beobachten.

    Some nice people, subsidised canteen

    Cons

    There are no opportunities to progress your career here. The salaries are appalling. Unqualified middle management who provide little to no coaching/guidance. There are better places to start your career in HR/Recruitment.

    Pay your employees what they are worth.

    vernünftige und immer pünktliche Bezahlung

    Cons

    - seit der Fusion mit E-Plus nur noch Ellenbogenmentalität
    - nur noch Befehlsausführung statt selbst denken
    - arbeiten macht keinen Spaß mehr

    Social Benefits. Relaxed job. No stress at all.

    Cons

    bureaucracy, afraid of developing new things. Too traditional. Too much hierarchy. If you say always yes... you are not going to have any problem.

    Decent pay
    100% company paid health insurance
    Work-life balance depending on the situation or department you land in

    Cons

    No career advancement opportunities unless connections with management in Spain
    No clear career ladder
    No meritocracy
    Extremely bureaucratic and pyramidal
    No processes to solve complex thing or a million processes to solve simple things
    Employees must pay travel expenses out of pocket with refunds easily taking 30+ days
    No respect for employees time
    Meetings always start late and some management-called meetings can start at 2pm and run through 10pm
    Lots of problems created by gray areas between different groups regarding where responsibilities land
    Very poor internal tools

    Advice to Management

    Burn the house and start over

    Flexibles Arbeitszeitmodell
    Umfassende Nebenleistungen, wie z.B. betriebliche Altersvorsorge, Handyguthaben, etc.
    Digitaler Arbeitsplatz

    Cons

    Work-Life-Balance > Nach der Fusion mit E-Plus mussten viele Mitarbeiter das Unternehmen verlassen - die verbliebenen Mitarbeiter sind überlastet und müssen viele Überstunden leisten.
    Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten > Aufgrund von Budgetkürzungen und Einsparungen gibt es kaum Budget für individuelle Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

    Advice to Management

    Das Management kann das Unternehmen nur zurück auf dem Weg des Erfolgs bringen, wenn bedingungslos aus Kundensicht gedacht wird und das Unternehmen eine exzellente Customer Experience hinsichtlich Netz und Service geliefert wird.

    Relaxed work atmosphere for staff

    Cons

    Not keen to spend on improving IT infrastructure and investing into people in terms of providing training/other skills.
    People work in silos and there is no real cross collaboration.

    Think more about your people
