I have been working at Telefónica full-time

    Pros

Challenging projects, many learning opportunities, innovative, great office, amazing and like-minded people, fair and respectful work ethics, flexible working and many senior managers are down-to-earth

    Cons

Procurement process stifles innovation and limits project agility, office location does not help create a social set-up and there are many faces that are 'riding along' and do very little for their role/responsibility

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of dead wood

I have been working at Telefónica part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Working for O2 as a part time job can only be described as one of the best retail jobs. It is light years ahead of working in a clothes shop.

    Cons

The only cons are if you aren't motivated to sell phones, 'management will pick up on this, so you need to be prepared to sell. It's not difficult though.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work, maybe hire some more full time employers so staff aren't so tight working around student availability.

Great working with the latest technology in the mobile-phone market. Great experience and I learnt a lot

    Cons

Not a lot to do during the downtime. Especially once the store was already cleaned and you are up-to-date on your training

    Advice to Management

Continue bringing out the latest technology to the stores. Some stores could do with being updated
