Growth company with opportunity to excel. Staff are recognized for achievements. Company is growing rapidly, and new opportunities arise frequently, offering staff the opportunity to gain good professional development and interesting work assignments.
In the past year (August 2007 to August 2008), Telegent staffing has grown 50% and revenues are up by more than 100%, despite a "slow economy", due to thoughtful design of innovative products. This can be attributed to the positive environment the company has fostered, giving staff wide latitude in approaching their job objectives and goals.

IPO was cancelled, which was the whole point of joining the company. Also, company was strangled to death because of the lack of product diversity, which the company should had compensated for given the price wars with cheap Chinese alternatives. Not enough done to adapt to competition and changes

Lots of great hard working minds committed to doing what they do best. They have two strong members in the executive team (operations and engineering heads)
overall a good company with bright future if senior management makes the right decisions. I would recommend to work for.

weak management. Poor HR. facilitating departments are not treated the same way as the engineers. Most managers and Directors have no or little past experience and training some have experience as managers but no training. So if you are joining don't expect too much and you will be ok.

focus on your people they are your greatest asset. Train your managers.
