    Pros

A good environment for fresh grad to expose themselves in a working environment. Work at Menara TM is easy for those who depends a lot on public transportation. Work balanced, and friendly environment.

    Cons

As a trainee don't expect to be absorbed directly from your program. It's hard for TM to hire new employee outside their circle. Usually vacant position is only open for internal and TM scholars.

    Advice to Management

Reduce the amount of workforce and fully utilize the current workers. Open up for new position to outsiders too, as it can be seen much as cronyism in this company.
